About Alexander Gorman

Alexander Gorman is an experienced civil litigator whose forte' is developing unorthodox but highly successful litigation strategies.

Mr. Gorman enjoys a high level of comfort practicing in both the state and federal courts. He has successfully handled hundreds of civil cases over the years, including personal injury and wrongful death cases, employment discrimination, civil rights claims, and business litigation, among others.  In the past, Mr. Gorman has represented two different hospitals as chief counsel, a variety of medical clinics and small businesses, and is experienced in handling government claims at the federal, state, and local levels.

Recently of note, Mr. Gorman successfully had vacated a 4-year-old $2.63 million judgment in the US District Court for the Central District of California in Santa Ana on behalf of a federal oil field client in Bakersfield, California after over a dozen attorneys turned the client's case down as hopeless.

Mr. Gorman graduated from Washington University in St. Louis Law School in 1991. He is married and has two beautiful young daughters.
